Financial Fees and Payments

Policy: Helia-D International can only operate as a stable financial institution when learners pay their fees as required by the payment schedule as agreed by contract.

These fees include the following:

• Non refundable registration fee and deposit to be paid on registration.
• Deposits to be paid on acceptance by learner.
• Fees can be paid in installments on a monthly basis –interest is charged in the payment schedule
• Fees can be paid as once off cash payments and a discount is included, foreign learners only have option for cash payments.
